If you are going to put milk in your tea, make sure your tea does not have a high citrus content. For instance, lemon tea and orange etc. can curdle the milk in your tea. YUCK! I use milk in many, many of my black teas. I love it in Cream Earl Grey the most. I like sugar too! Some say they like the tea on it’s own. I like tea on it’s own too, however, I am not a tea purest. I say what ever floats your boat is what you should do. One thing I know for sure is never put real cream in your tea. It dilutes the flavor of the tea and you just taste cream. The lowest fat milk is the best for tea. You want the flavor of the tea to come through.
I like Oolong tea with no milk or sugar. I do not like milk in green or white tea at all. UGH! This is just my humble opinion. Life is all about choices and what makes you and yours happy. Enjoy your cuppa tea and do what YOU like! Remember: Well mannered women rarely make history!
Any kind. Hot. Cold. White. Green. Black. Rooibos. Herbal. Oolong. Sweet. Unsweet. With Milk. Without. Tea is great.
